Dear Client, this message is being sent from our heart to let you know that during these uncertain times  you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.  Our team is actively implementing several informative strategies designed to help clients get through these tough times.  We will remain committed to ongoing financial research in many areas as needed to offer            help throughout the year.

Should the desired rate become available we are then able to lock your interest rate at a moment’s notice. This procedure  also allows us to lock your rate on a shorter period which most often improves the overall terms. Although the equity markets are unstable, and rates cannot be guaranteed the best strategy is to be prepared.
